Ditched my gas leaf blower for an electric one. Actually works better.

I fought this for years. Thought electric yard tools were weak. But last month I finally caved after my neighbor let me try his Ego blower on my oak leaves. Cleared my whole driveway (about 30 feet) in 5 minutes. No fumes, no earplugs needed, and it didn't leave my arm numb from vibration. Bought one that same week. Anyone else swap out a gas tool and actually prefer the electric version?

30 feet in 5 minutes? That's insane, I've ducked out of my driveway to avoid the diesel cloud from mine.

Our old tractor did that, had to park 50 feet from the house.

Nah, blame the owner not the tractor. Proper maintenance and a good tune-up would've fixed that. If you're parking 50 feet away from your own house, that's on you for letting it get that bad.
