I keep hearing people say we need to stop flying completely, but that's not realistic for a lot of us.

Yeah the "stop flying completely" line got me too. I used to roll my eyes at it. Then I saw the numbers on how much damage even one flight does. It's not about stopping, it's about flying way less when we can.
