I used to think my little choices didn't matter for the climate...

About three years ago, I was living in Phoenix and just drove everywhere, even for a half-mile coffee run. I figured one person's car couldn't make a real difference. Then last month, I finally got an e-bike after my friend showed me her app that tracks miles not driven. I've already gone 150 miles on it for errands and work. Seeing that number made it click for me that all those little trips really do add up. Has anyone else had a moment like that with a specific change they made?

It's the small habits that snowball.

Absolutely, @max223. I started making my bed every morning, which felt silly at first. That tiny win made me want to clear the breakfast dishes right away too. Then I started a five minute tidy-up before bed. Those small actions built up and my whole place just feels calmer now. It really does start with one little thing.

That's awesome, and @faith_hart20 is right, those small wins really do build up fast.

Totally get that. I started hanging my laundry instead of using the dryer (which felt like nothing) and my electric bill dropped way more than I expected.
