Just spent 8 months trying to get my HOA to approve a heat pump install. The paperwork was insane.

Our HOA approved my heat pump in just two weeks.

Mine took three weeks back in 2022. I printed the spec sheets for the quietest outdoor unit I could find and highlighted the decibel rating. I also took photos of two other houses in the neighborhood that already had them installed and attached those to the form. Basically made it a no-brainer for them to say yes.
