Picked a used Prius over a lifted truck back in 2018 and honestly it still feels like the right call every time I fill up
My buddy laughed when I drove off the lot with 120k miles on it, but three years later I've saved about $2,800 on gas alone and I'm not the one sweating every spike at the pump - anyone else have to defend a practical choice to people who just didn't get it?

Guess my buddy's wallet is crying while mine's still hanging on somehow. Every time I fill up my old beater it's like a punch in the gut but at least I'm not dropping eighty bucks a pop. Maybe I'll just start walking everywhere and call it a win.
