How much did that save you on materials? That's a huge win for the shop.

Wow, that's a huge jump. My buddy runs a small job shop and he had a similar thing happen. They got a new presetter last year and he said it basically stopped the whole "wrong offset" guessing game on their older mills. They were scrapping way fewer first-run parts almost right away.
