Our 3D prints have that same alignment issue sometimes. Like @mia_ross said, the fix can be way better than the original plan.

My buddy once spent an hour assembling a cabinet backwards from a diagram. His frustration vanished when he realized the mistake actually made the piece more stable for his weird corner. Sometimes a good mix-up shows you a smarter path forward.

Your buddy's "weird corner" sounds like the kind of place that eats socks and ruins furniture plans. I bet the diagram company never even considered that a backwards cabinet could be the secret to beating a crooked wall.
