Stuck between a new spindle and a used one, went budget
Had to pick between a $4k refurbished spindle and a $9k new one for our 2018 VMC. Took the cheap route on Friday, and now I'm chasing a weird vibration at 8k RPM that the seller swears is normal. Anyone else burn themselves on a rebuilt spindle, or did I just get a lemon?

That "seller swears is normal" line hit too close to home. I've been down that road and it's never actually normal, just cheaper. Hope you can get it sorted before it turns into a bigger headache.
