Dropped $80 on a fancy gooseneck kettle and I get the hype now

I was using a regular teapot to pour over for months and wondering why my coffee tasted inconsistent. Got a Hario kettle last week and my morning cups are way more even now. Anyone else have a gear upgrade that actually made a difference?

Used to think spending more than $20 on a kettle was insane honestly. Grabbed a cheap one off Amazon and figured it'd do the same thing. But the pour control on a gooseneck is night and day. My brews used to be all over the place and now I get this nice slow drizzle that actually covers the grounds evenly. Kinda mad at myself for waiting so long lol.

Fair enough but my cheap kettle pours fine.
