Found my old coffee log from 2015 and the numbers were a shock

I was cleaning out a drawer and found a notebook where I used to track my coffee. I had logged making 1,200 cups in a single year, which felt crazy looking back. That was before I even owned a scale, so it was all just guesswork with a cheap drip machine. Anyone else ever dig up an old record that made you rethink your whole coffee journey?

Keep the log going, it's fun to look back and see how your taste changes. I still have my old tasting notes from when I thought dark roast was the only good coffee lol.

Remember that old food diary app? Mine showed a scary amount of frozen pizza. Those old records really highlight how much we change without even noticing. It's wild to see the proof in writing.
