Dropped $290 on a diver's watch I never wear offshore
Bought a fancy 300m rated dive watch 8 months ago thinking it would be my lucky charm on every job, but I still grab my $30 beater because the nice one gets scratched to hell on the rig. It sits in my gear bag looking pretty while I check depth on my console like everyone else. What's the most useless piece of kit you've bought for the trade?
