Lost a full face mask at 60 ft in Port Fourchon, and my backup plan was the real problem
I was doing a quick inspection job on a dock piling in Port Fourchon last month when my mask strap slipped and the whole thing went down in the murk. My spare was back in the truck because I figured this was a simple shallow dip, so I had to buddy breathe off the tender's octo for the last 12 minutes. How do you all decide when a spare stays on the boat versus on your person for short jobs?
