Back in 2008 at the shop on Route 9 I'd recap a motherboard or blow out a Pentium 4 heatsink on half my tickets, but last month 9 of my 11 calls were just resetting Microsoft passwords and untangling OneDrive syncs, so what's the weirdest thing still landing on your bench that you figured would be dead by now?
