Question about hitting 600 tickets last quarter and feeling like I cheated
I closed 612 tickets last quarter at the repair bench in Fort Wayne, which beat my old personal best by almost 200, and I honestly did not believe the number when I ran the report. The reason is silly: I started batch imaging drives instead of doing them one at a time, so jobs that used to sit overnight now go out the same afternoon. Now I am second guessing whether the count even means anything if the work got easier, so how do you all measure your own output without just staring at the ticket number?
