Finally tracked down the original video clip for that 'plane shadow' moon landing claim
Kept seeing this one clip going around where a plane's shadow supposedly proves the moon landing was fake. Figured it would take an hour to find the source, but it took me two full days of digging through old forums and video sites. Turns out it was from a 2008 documentary about film tricks, totally out of context. Anyone else get stuck for ages chasing down a single piece of 'evidence' like that?

Ugh, that's the worst. Why do people always cut the context?

Totally feel you on that, it's so frustrating. I once spent a whole weekend trying to find the source for a "haunted" photo that was just a bad photoshop from a 2004 contest. The context always gets chopped to make the lie work.
