Got roasted on a conspiracy forum for citing a YouTube vid, so now I check the primary doc first
Someone called me out last year for backing up a claim about the 1996 TWA 800 witness reports with a random 40 minute video, and honestly they were right, the guy cited nothing. Since then I go find the actual NTSB docket or the original news clip before I post, which takes way longer but I get called a shill less. Is checking sources first actually worth the hassle or does it just kill the fun of the debate for you?
