Just got back from Area 51's back gate in Nevada
Spent 4 hours out at the Tikaboo Valley lookout point and there was a white unmarked bus doing laps around the perimeter every 90 minutes like clockwork. Anyone else notice the security patterns there seem more theatrical than practical?

OH wow, ANOTHER bus making laps in the desert. Real groundbreaking security work there, boys. Maybe they're training for the world's most boring parade.

Yeah the bus thing is real but that's a non-DoD maintenance contractor doing their rounds, not actual security. I've watched base patrols from the Tikaboo ridge a few times and they usually roll in pairs with no set schedule.
