The shift in how conspiracy documentaries are edited is wild to me

I watched a doc from 2006 about the moon landing hoax theory and it was all slow zooms, long pauses, and calm narration. Last week I saw a new one on the same topic and it's got rapid cuts, dramatic music stings every 15 seconds, and the host is practically yelling. The old style felt like someone laying out evidence for you to think about. The new one feels like it's trying to hype you up like a video game trailer. Has anyone else noticed this quickening pace in the last 5 years or so?

Yeah the old ones let you actually think. Now they just yell at you for 45 minutes straight.

Everything's getting faster, even restaurant menus have less words now.

Buddy of mine felt dizzy after watching one of those new fast cut ones.
