TIL how much conspiracy debates have soured since my teens
Ngl, I got into it on social media over some old JFK stuff. It's nothing like the deep dives we did on message boards years ago.

Honestly, the old message board deep dives were mostly a waste of time. People just repeated the same fuzzy photos and witness quotes for years without any new facts. Today's online debates at least force you to look at the actual documents and physical evidence that came out later. Those long forum posts often ignored the basic stuff that didn't fit the story.
