Why I stopped trusting the 'official' flight path story after a layover in Phoenix
Back in 2019 I used to read every airline report and NTSB summary like it was gospel. Then I sat next to a retired radar operator at a bar near Sky Harbor, and he pointed out how many civilian flights get rerouted without any public record. He said the public logs are clean, but the real tracking data shows gaps of 20 minutes or more on certain routes. So now I cross-check every major incident with FlightAware archives and open-source radio chatter. Am I the only one who thinks the official narratives leave too much room for doubt, or is this just normal air traffic noise?

dude yes this is totally a thing, I started noticing it after a layover in Atlanta where I tracked a buddy's flight and it just vanished for like 25 min over Alabama, no weather no nothing. the public stuff always looks fine but the gaps are real if you dig into the raw data.
