Dropped $600 on a set of Bosch laser levels and they saved me on a hospital job in Phoenix
Had a layout for a new wing at Banner Health where the old crew left jacked up grid lines. The lasers paid for themselves in one day, no more fighting with chalk lines that won't stick to concrete. Anyone else swear by self-leveling greens over the reds?

Good lasers just make everything click together better" - yeah, that's my experience too. My $20 Amazon special "tactical" laser lasted about two range trips before it started wandering like a drunk at last call. Upgraded to something that actually holds zero and suddenly I'm hitting steel at 25 yards instead of making the guy in the next lane flinch.

Oh come on, let's be real here - a "good laser" isn't magic, it's just one that holds zero and has decent brightness for the distance you're shooting. You still gotta do your part with trigger control and fundamentals.
