Lost $400 on a waterproofing 'solution' that just made things worse

Bought this spray-on stuff from a supplier in Austin for our condo balcony. Took 16 man hours to apply and it peeled off in 3 weeks. Anyone else get burned by a product that the sales guy swore would work?

Read a consumer report last month saying those spray sealers fail in under 90 days.

@paulw53 I used a brush-on concrete sealer on my driveway two years ago and it’s still holding up fine through rain and snow. Spray sealers seem convenient, but brushing it on really gave it a thicker layer that stuck better. Maybe try a brush-on type if you want something that lasts past summer.

Blame it on the spray then, sounds like a 90 day warranty is just enough time for the rain to wash your money down the drain. Guess it's back to elbow grease and a brush for the rest of us.
