Subcontractor told me he'd be done Thursday, showed up Saturday morning at 7 AM.
I was still in my truck drinking coffee when he rolled up with a crew and started unloading plywood on my job site at the Fox Run development. Has anyone else had a sub just show up whenever they felt like it without a call?

Man that's rough. I've had subs show up whenever they felt like it too but never that early on a weekend without so much as a text. You'd think common courtesy would tell them to at least call first. Showing up Saturday at 7 AM is just disrespectful especially when they promised Thursday. Hope you were able to get them sorted out without too much hassle.
