Tried a 15 minute daily huddle on my framing crew and got the opposite of what I wanted
I run a small tree and site outfit out of Albany and figured a quick morning huddle would cut down on guys standing around confused. First week it worked great, then by day 10 the crew started treating it like a complaint session and we lost 20 minutes most mornings. What I learned is that huddles only work if you keep them to the day's tasks and nothing else, no open floor. Curious if anyone here has a format that actually sticks past the first two weeks.
