Watched a job site in Cleveland go from 12 guys standing around to 4 guys moving fast in 6 weeks
I got brought onto a 40 unit apartment rehab in Cleveland back in March and the first two weeks were a mess, subs stacked on top of each other and nobody knew who owned the punch list. New super came in, cut the daily huddle to 10 minutes and posted a two week look ahead on the wall, and by week six the same crew was knocking out a floor a day instead of a floor a week. Is it just me or does the schedule chart on the wall do more than any app we've ever paid for?
