Caught myself charging for a job I never priced out

Had a kitchen reno bid in Boise last month, kept adding hours from old jobs on autopilot. Client asked why demo was three days when it's two, checked my own notes, realized I’d been padding off habit for a decade. Anyone else catch their own number fudging when a client asks the wrong question?
