Closed my first solo storm repair bid this morning in Tulsa
Been doing siding and gutter work under my uncle for about 4 years now, mostly shadowing him on estimates. Last week he let me handle a whole roof patch quote on my own, a little bungalow off Route 66 that had hail damage from the May storm. Wrote up the line items myself, called the supplier for shingle pricing, and got the homeowner to sign at $2,850 which included a drip edge swap. Felt good to finally run the whole process end to end, anyone else remember their first bid that actually stuck?
