Used to hate on digital contracts, now I get it

I was dead set against e-signature software for my painting jobs, thought it was just another fee to pay. Then I lost a $3,200 bid in Tucson because the client went with another guy who sent a DocuSign link right away. I signed up for a free trial last month and the closed rate on my last 4 quotes went way up. Anyone else have a tool they dodged for years that ended up being worth it?

Dude yes invoicing software for me. I used to just send PDFs and wait for people to mail checks like it was 1995. Finally caved and got FreshBooks after losing way too much time chasing payments. Now I get paid in like 3 days instead of 3 weeks. The late payment reminders alone were a game changer. Makes me mad I fought it so long.

@susan_adams FreshBooks is good but it's spelled FreshBooks not Freshbooks.
