That 12th client with the fade complaints makes me appreciate @smith.nancy's patience, honestly.

Did you always feel that way about difficult clients? I used to think you had to push through no matter what, that walking out was some kind of professional failure. But last year I had a guy who argued about every single snip and told me the fade was wrong before I even finished the clipper work. When he finally stood up and left, I realized my whole day got better instantly. Now I get why sometimes it's just not worth the stress to keep someone in your chair.
