I laughed at my coworker for using a spray bottle for toner, now I do it too

I always thought using a spray bottle for toner was just lazy, like you couldn't be bothered to use a bowl and brush. Then my coworker showed me how she mixes toner with water in a 50/50 ratio and sprays it on roots, and it actually saves me 15 minutes per color application. Has anyone else switched to a sprayer for something they used to do by hand?

Fair enough but mixing toner with water feels like a waste of product and money to me.

wow @king.val "waste of product and money"?? i gasped reading that honestly. i mean look i get the logic on paper but i've been doing the toner water mix for years now and my bottle lasts way longer than it used to. like i still get the benefits it's just not as intense and my skin actually seems to like it better that way. feels like using more product doesn't always mean you're getting more out of it you know?

Nah @nancyg14 is onto something, I started watering down my toner too and it actually works BETTER for me.
