Used to cut wet hair for every client. Switched to dry cutting 3 years ago after a workshop. Way faster for me. But my coworker still swears by wet. Which side are you on?

My barber switched to dry cuts last year, same deal.

Sounds like @riverh49's barber got the memo. Wet cut people are just scared of a little airborne hair.

Actually think it's the other way around. Dry cuts are for precision, not just avoiding a mess. My stylist explained you see the hair's natural fall immediately. Riverh49's barber probably switched for that control, not fear.
