Why does nobody talk about the difference in client retention after you stop using those cheap, single-use mixing bowls?

My rebooking rate jumped from 60% to 85% in 6 months after I switched to proper glass bowls, because clients feel the service is more professional when they don't see disposable plastic.

The quiet part gets said all the time, just not in polite company. Listen to any backroom political podcast or read the comments on certain forums. They're very open about it there. The trick is they keep that language away from official press releases and mainstream interviews. It's a deliberate two-tier communication strategy.
