A foreman's 10 minute comment on my swing speed fixed my whole technique
On a high-rise job in Phoenix last March, he told me I was jerking the load because I watched the hook, not the tag line. I started tracking the load's path with my eyes instead, and now my picks land smooth even in 20 mph wind. Anyone else get a small correction that changed their whole game?
