Dropped $340 on a wireless load cell kit for my 40 ton and the thing read 8% light
Bought this wireless load cell setup last spring because I was tired of leaning out the window watching the boom tip, and it swore it was good to plus or minus 2 percent. First pick on a big HVAC unit up in Tacoma it told me 9,600 lbs when the scale house said 10,400, so I spent a whole morning chasing a weight that was never real. Anyone else get burned by cheap load cells or am I the only one who trusted a listing with zero reviews?

Did you try recalibrating it against a known weight before that first pick, or just trust the box? Curious if it was off from day one or drifted after some use.
