Wow, a full year is seriously impressive. What was the hardest part about keeping the routine going, like did you ever hit a month where you almost quit?
The third month was the real killer for me, @charles122. I had a solid two weeks where everything I wrote felt like total garbage and I was sure I was wasting my time. The only thing that got me through was refusing to break the chain on my calendar, even if I only managed one terrible sentence. That low point made the rest of the year feel possible, because I knew I could push past that feeling.
Yeah congrats on the year. For me the hardest part was the dry spells where no ideas felt good at all. Just staring at a blank page for way too long. Pushing through those pointless feeling days was the real test.
