Seriously, feels like 800 is the new 700 now.

Remember when 800 was just a crazy number? My buddy just got a mortgage and they treated his 740 like it was barely passing.

My cousin in Denver had a 760 and they still pushed for a bigger down payment. It's like the goalposts moved overnight. Nothing feels safe anymore.

My uncle in Phoenix had the same thing happen with a 780. The rules just keep changing.
