Heard something similar from a buddy. He found an old account on his report that wasn't even his. Got it cleared up and his score shot up like crazy.

Ever wonder how many people are walking around with wrong stuff on their reports and just don't know? My cousin had a medical bill on his from a hospital he never visited. Took him six months of calling to get it removed. His score jumped almost eighty points. Makes you question the whole system.

My friend checked hers last year and it was totally clean. I guess some people just get unlucky like your cousin and @moore.beth's buddy.
