Got my first real phishing test click rate under 5% this quarter
Three years ago at my old job in Phoenix, our whole department failed a basic phishing test. Like 40% clicked the fake link. Felt bad. Started doing monthly training with my team of 8. Last week we ran our internal test. My group's click rate was 4%. Not perfect, but a huge win. Anyone else track this stuff over the long term?

Read a study showing consistent training cuts rates by half.

Consistent training" sounds good but studies can be misleading. Real life has bad days and skipped sessions that those numbers never count. The half rate drop is a best case, not a real world result.

You're right jessej23, real life messes up the perfect study numbers.

Our IT guy sent a fake invoice last year and half the accounting team still fell for it.
