You tried calling your bank yet? Sometimes they'll reverse charges if it's within that 60 day window.

Friend of mine had a scam charge pop up on her debit card last month. She called them same day and they had the money back in her account within 48 hours no questions asked. So yeah, definitely worth a call even if you think it's been too long.
