The password reset flow at my bank changed overnight and I almost got locked out
I used to reset my password with just my email and birthdate, but last Tuesday they added a second factor and a 12-character minimum out of nowhere. Is anyone else seeing this sudden shift toward stricter rules at smaller credit unions?

caught a news segment about how fraudsters are getting way better at guessing those easy security questions, so a lot of smaller banks are quietly beefing things up. My buddy's credit union did the same thing a few weeks back, he was not thrilled about it either.
