Yeah, that "playing with fire" line is so true. I saw a clip for a "no equipment needed" back workout that looked smooth online. Tried the twisting move they showed and felt a sharp pull right under my shoulder blade. Spent the next three days moving like a rusty robot. It's scary how convincing some of those fake videos can be. Now I check if the person is actually tagged by a real gym or has a long history posting before I even think about trying it.

Ugh, totally learned that the hard way last month. Tried some crazy yoga pose from a video and tweaked my neck for a week. Now I only watch stuff from people I know are real trainers!
