Just realized a deleted tweet I saw 3 months ago predicted an entire news story
I was digging through some old screenshots on my phone last night and found a tweet that got deleted within 2 hours of posting. It was from some random account with like 50 followers, talking about a specific building inspection failure in my city. Fast forward to last week, and the local news ran a story about that exact building being condemned after a ceiling collapse. I wish I had saved the username or screenshot then, but I only grabbed the text. Has anyone else stumbled on a deleted post that turned out to be totally right later on?

dude that is so wild. i totally believe you though. i had something similar happen with a deleted reddit post about a local restaurant getting shut down for health code stuff. the post was up for like an hour and had maybe 10 upvotes. then three weeks later the health department report came out and it was exactly what that random person said. it's creepy how some people just know things before anyone else does. like who even was that person to have that info? i feel like we should trust those deleted posts more honestly. they're usually the realest ones before they get taken down. glad you at least saved the text, that's proof you're not crazy lol.
