That viral apology video I clipped disappeared within 6 hours
Last Tuesday I saw this really emotional apology video from a small creator who admitted to faking her engagement for views. It was getting tons of shares and people were actually forgiving her. I screen recorded it around 2pm because I wanted to show my sister later. By 8pm the whole channel was gone, not just the video, the entire account vanished like it never existed. I checked the Wayback Machine and nothing was archived either. The weird part is I still have the clip on my phone but I can't find any trace that anyone else discussed it, no reposts, no commentary, no nothing. Has anyone else run into a situation where a big moment online just gets wiped clean and makes you question if you imagined it? I keep wondering if there was some legal threat or if she just paid to scrub herself off the internet.
