Lost a client last month because our server went down during a demo in Corktown
I had a potential buyer from a real estate firm watching our automation software and the whole thing froze for 15 minutes, so they walked, has anyone else lost a deal over tech glitches in Detroit?

Man that's rough, I feel you on that one. What worked for me was setting up a backup system with a mobile hotspot from my phone so if the internet drops I can still run things from my laptop. It's not perfect but it saved me from losing a similar deal last year.
