Small win today - finally fixed my GMB listing after 7 months

I noticed other shops in Detroit keep listing their hours wrong or forgetting to update for holidays, and it drives me crazy because I know it kills their local search results. After 7 months of tweaking my own listing I finally got a 30% jump in calls this week just from adding accurate holiday hours and responding to every review. Has anyone else seen a real difference from cleaning up their Google Business Profile details?

Yeah sounds about right, Google's support is basically a black hole.

My cousin runs a pizza joint outside Toledo and he spent three months arguing with Google over his listing showing the wrong phone number. Nobody could get through to order and he lost like 40% of his business before they fixed it.
