Our commercial lease is up and we're moving our medical practice to a new space in Midtown next month. I'm looking at different internet service detroit options for dedicated access, and Cronus Internet seems to have pretty good SLAs. Anyone currently using them for their business? Is the customer service decent?

I've been using them for our financial services firm since late last year. Customer service is local, which is a huge plus. You actually get a real engineer on the phone when you call, not an endless robot menu that just tells you to restart your hardware.
Agreed on the local support. We had an issue with the firewall configuration at the hotel we manage and they helped our IT guy sort it out in like five minutes. Very solid choice if you need reliable detroit internet providers.
