That one time a customer told me I was ripping him off on a $250 injector replacement
I was working on a 2008 Ford F-250 at my shop in Tulsa last October when this guy walks in and says he could do the job himself for half the price if he had the tools. He stood there watching me for 20 minutes and then asked if I could just loan him my scan tool so he could do it in my parking lot. Has anyone else had a customer act like your labor is just a scam?

Did he offer to pay for the scan tool if he dropped it on the concrete?
