Just dropped $80 on a new digital brush pack and it changed my workflow

I was stuck trying to get the right texture for a fantasy landscape piece, and these brushes made it click in a way my old free ones never did. Has anyone else found a specific tool that just unlocked a style for them?

My old Wacom pen finally gave out last year and I had to switch brands. The new one's pressure curve is totally different, and it accidentally got me to draw way looser.

Pressure curves vary way more between individual pens than entire brands. You might've just gotten lucky with that specific model rather than the brand itself.

Totally get what you mean, @the_terry. It's wild how a single new brush can just click and change your whole style. I had a simple charcoal one that forced me to stop fussing with details and just block in shapes. Suddenly my sketches had way more life... all from a dumb little digital preset.
