A local news story got pulled from social media and the reason they gave was a lie
Our town paper in Bend did a piece on a protest at a city council meeting about water rights. They posted a clip on Facebook and it got taken down for 'hate speech' within an hour. I watched the clip, and it was just people holding signs and yelling, no slurs or threats. I called the editor, and she said Facebook's notice claimed the video showed 'organized hate.' That's just not true. It was political disagreement, plain and simple. This happens a lot now, where 'hate speech' gets used as a blanket reason to remove stuff they just don't like. It makes you not trust the rules at all. Has anyone else seen a news report get flagged for a reason that was clearly wrong?

Look at how the protest was organized, that's textbook hate group tactics.
