Got a 3-day Twitter suspension lifted after fighting it for 2 weeks

Appealed a flag on a post about voter ID laws in Georgia that got me muted, and after 14 days of back-and-forth with their support bot, I finally got a human who admitted it was a mistake, has anyone else had luck with actual people at these platforms?

Dude the bot gaslighting thing is so real lol. I had the same issue with Instagram where it kept sending me "we reviewed your post and it goes against our guidelines" like 5 times before I finally got to a human who was like "yeah that was a glitch, my bad." Makes you wonder if the whole bot wall exists just to filter out people who aren't persistent enough.

Yeah, did you notice the bot just kept sending the same canned response no matter what you said? That happened to me with Facebook, and I had to reply like three times with "I want a human reviewer" before it finally escalated. It's wild how much time you waste just getting past their automated system. But once you actually get a real person, they seem to catch mistakes way faster than the bots ever do. Makes you wonder if the bots are even trained to admit errors in the first place...

Is it just me or does it feel like the bots are programmed to basically gaslight you until you give up? @samflores you're totally right, once a human gets eyes on it they usually just go "oh yeah that was dumb" and fix it in two minutes, makes you wonder why they even bother with the bot wall in the first place.
